Hi, I am unable to launch the .exe file at all because everytime i unzip it, it gets auto deleted and even if I somehow manage to exclude the file from the scans, it gives the error message that it is unable to check for updates and thus unable to log in anyway. Just need to mention that I am downloading the zip from this site and prior to this, I auto updated HB when I launched it after the patch today. WHich means to say, I tried both auto updating and downloading a fresh install from this site as well as restarting my computer 3 times to make sure. Do you have another solution other than us uninstalling our anti virus and risk our comp getting infected by other viruses? Thank you
