Hi, I recently went on break to a different city for the holiday. before I left I started my bot on my home computer and then when I arrived at my destination kicked myself off my wow account from my laptop. Now I am unable to run honorbuddy from my laptop because I am getting the Max Sessions error. Is there any way I can kick my Honorbuddy Session off that I left on at home? thanks
go to: Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and log in. Click on sessions and kill the session from there. You should be able to start a new session after you do that.
I am getting a message that my account is locked and I am unable to unlock/reset the password from the Buddy Auth Portal. Is this normal? I should add that I was allowed to reset my password on the forums, but it does not seem to work for the Auth Portal.
I believe they are separate account. You might need to contact support if your account is locked. Alternatively if you haven't set up an auth account you might need to register using the same email you bought the software with.
