Issue with Questing bot from buddy store 1-100

Hi guys, i have a problem with the questing bot (free buddy store) when it goes to FERALAS it staying in front a NPC

in Info tab i have this:
Goal: Picking Up Quest - Weapons of Spirit (Weapons of Spirit - Quest - World of Warcraft) : From - Witch Doctor Uzer'i (Witch Doctor Uzer'i - NPC - World of Warcraft)

But the NPC doesn't have the "!" above his head

i must stop the bot and finish with grindbot

Anyone have an idea where is the problem?
