Rumor about Honorbuddy hacked

For a while now I have been browsing several forums on "botting" in WoW, one topic that keeps on coming up is that the HB servers were hacked and that personal information was leaked. Who can I talk to to verify this? It does make sense, the day HB went down as a Denial of Service attack (or so called), is the same day all these accusations were released (and around the same time Botanist got banned - rip btw).

 

if personal information was leaked we would of told you about it, and pushed out a password change as we have done in the past. nothing like that has happened recently.

to quote that movie, "They hate us cause they aint us".
