      I´ve 3 Keys 1x3 Session & 2x1 Session since about a week Buddy Auth says that 1 key is inactive/unused and Type: Fraudulent... 2 keys are set Active and Type: Honorbuddy but i can`t start HB with any of my keys...

      I bought 2 Keys myself and got 1 from my brother but im pretta sure he also bought it legal. But if he don`t why i can`t log in with any of my other keys?

      I allready wrote an E-Mail to the Support Team 3 Days before with all relevant Datas but no answer until now...

      2 weeks before i lost some days cause honorbuddy don`t let me insert a key and get stuck then...

      17 Accounts... and i`m at the beginning. Ididn`t sold much WoW-Gold or something until now, so this comes very expensiv to me....

      I allready tryed Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013, Frameworkupdates, new clean installations of HB and some other Stuff but nothing helped...

      It would be great if someone can help me out... plsssss

      Hi, Animatrix667, and thanks for the log.

      Honorbuddy is clearly telling you the key is 'invalid'. The Support team in the forums does not have access to the tools or customer information to resolve the issue.

      You will need to work with the Bossland GmbH 'front office' at support@thebuddyforum.com to get this resolved. You will probably need to provide the proof-of-ownership, and proof-of-payment—the Front Office will communicate the specifics.

      clear your settings folder


      register here Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
      using the same email u used in checkout page and make sure you are using the correct key

      they confirmed 2/3 of my keys i don`t know what`s up with my 3rd key but i still can`t login with the 2 confirmed keys

      looooooooooooool i cleared the settings folder and it runs.... how could this be nearly 2 weeks to solve this problem and it was so easy?

      Seems it was an issues with HBRelog. Last time i got this issues i also tryed to startup HB manual but it was still the same.

      Now i tryed it again an it runs

      updated HBRelog via svn and no more issues atm :D

      Thanks Toni & CodenameG for your help i hope there will be no more issues a few time ;)
