Using an item

I apologize if this is the wrong section, but I couldn't find anything else in regards to this.

Is there a way to have HB use an item in your back on cool down?

I am grinding BGs and I want it to use the Fire-Watchers Oath every time it's off coo ldown, but I can't figure out a way to do this.

 

you could probably find a plugin to do that, you would need to look in the plugins section for that.
