Hope someone here might be able to help me, currently I am running 9x Bots on this Laptop: Intel Core i7 3610QM @ 2.30GHz 1535MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M (MSI) 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz Windows 8.1 64bit The processor seems to be the bottleneck, being at a constant 90+% load. Somehow I was thinking it should be able to run more bots but maybe I was wrong? Does this sound about right to you? Say I wanted to run 20 bots, what would I have to upgrade to? (I think it would be easiest if we use logicalincrements.com's category system.)
well put a limit on the fps to 20-30(you don't need more) turn down the settings on low make sure you'r laptop is cool and not in a dusty room, because it will kill it even faster then you already do
Thanks for that tip, I don't expect this guy to live much longer, I am pretty much trying to get the most use out of it until it takes its last breath. Sadly I have done all of the above so I guess I will have to live with my 9x for now. Maybe you have an answer for my second question as well?
don't get a laptop ^^ I run i7 4770k with 16g of ram and a SSD you don't need to but if you want to run 20 bots you will need an graphics card so you will not spend to much CPU power on graphics
just helps when you use more then 1 program on the same time and there is always a risk where the program deletes soemthign that the bot or wow needs and just crashed. and then you will need to redownload it. happend to em a few time when I was botting on me lapotop so ...
