Hi, how safe is atm questing with honorbody? I only use it on 1 account. I dont sell gold or anything else. I Just like to lvl some characters from 1-100. Thank you
I leveled 3 toons from 90-100, just finished a 1-100 rogue in about a week, and started a hunter who has been running 24/7 with looms and is already 61 in about 26 hours /played. No issues, warnings or bans
Thank you very much for your answer. Special advise for a 1-100 botting? Do i first get an 72h ban or is it also possible that blizz bans me permanent on the first time? Never botted before
From my experience its been 72 hour first. I've never been permabanned though. The only real advice I can give is to make note of quests that give you an issue on your first 1-100. It helped me a lot on my next runs as I knew where the bot would encounter issues and could fix it quickly. For example, on every 100 I've leveled there's a quest that always fails to complete in Spires of Arak and I need to intervene. Stuff like that goes a long way in preventing a ban as I've seen 3-4 people standing at the same spot at the same time where my bot was stuck standing. Not a good look and I can tell that all of them are botting.
The safest way to level you account A is : RAF new account B/C/D... Botting as much as you want on B/C/D and then RAF granted it on A. (i think at least works on 1-85)
this is surely not advice you should give to anyone. especially not someone asking how safe something is.
for this i should buy new accounts, but i dont want to buy one more game. just like to have 2-3 more lvl 100 chars withouth lvl them by myself on the safest way to bot.
kick's leveling guide is the way to go. Nothing is 100% safe but its a damm good bet. I have used it 90-100 on a few toons.
Was merely providing him my experience with the software. No where in that reply did I state "you should totally run your bot 24/7".
i agree you did not say those exact words. but some might get lured in when someone states 'ive run 24/7 with no bans' thinking this is normal. OP is new to the scene and wants to play on his main account. He would do well to bot in moderation.
As long as you don't bot 24/7 and keep an eye on it you probably won't get banned. I'm fairly certain that the only way people get banned while questing with kicks is by leaving it on 24/7 and getting reported because they're stuck or their character is doing something stupid. If you get caught in a bot train you should either quest manually for a bit or log out for a bit because those are ultra obvious when you see them.
I have levelled 30+ toons with Kicks profiles without getting banned, but you need to keep an eye on your character while levelling. If you get stuck somewhere, you might get reported by other players. Use it in moderation, take some breaks here and there, and I think you will be allright. Good luck!
Yeah i agree with others, you'll be fine. Used it on few accounts and never got reported, i always let it on overnight.
OP also asked for some advice about the best toon to use. I also asked this in a similar thread, so far someone mentioned a hunter. I've never played a hunter though so would prefer something I'm used to so I can take over manually as needed... are Pally's ok for botting (in terms of solo grinding) or is are hunters that much better that it's worth learning hunter and using that?
