Authentication Failed, unable to install from launcher or zip

Hi there, I'm unable to instsll HB, it worked like a charm before operating system wipe, right now can't install it at all. Tried literally everything.

Can't upload log file as I'm keep getting this error - incorrect type of file error (altho it's txt file)
