      Hi,

      I have just had my HB key transferred to my new email address and since then my key no longer works. It is definitely not expired as it is valid for about 10 years. The message it says is that authentication failed, the key has been copy pasted correctly. I have tried to reinstall HB but it doesn't help. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
