Hi, I am reposting this as my previous thread was closed without having a helpful response. I had a reply stating simply 'use latest Hb build' which i had already tried! I have already tried to reinstall, and update HB which is no help. My problem is that after transferring my HB key to my new email address my HB key no longer works. It is definitely not expired as it is valid for about 10 years. The message it says is that authentication failed, the key has been copy pasted correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Can i please request that this thread is not closed until i have verified a solution has worked? Thanks in advance, Liz EDIT. Have now attached log file, sorry i forgot!

Authentication worked when i used a non-updated version of HB buddy but it would not recognise that i was logged into the game. I then updated to the latest version again and 'Authentication failed' again.
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip run them as administrator. after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
