There is a grinding profile. There isn't anything, that I am aware of, that checks for bonds, turns into materia, and equips a new set of gear. I could be wrong but I do not believe this bot currently has a way to know when something has been bonded.
is there any profile or plugin that can auto convert then put on another new gear on? (same gear u just convert)

Through out the post are questions that I asked that he answered quickly that did help me to get my plugin going the way I wanted it.. It should lead you in the correct direction.. You can equip the same gear by either looping through inventory/armory and equipping via name/itemid .. or send a sendchat command to equip a gear set every time you convert a piece..
