Honorbuddy not loading buddy store files and auth site cant log in either

Hello, firstly, please forgive my mistakes for the first time posting here.
I have updated the honorbuddy today and have it up running with 2 alts just fine. However, when I logged in the their alt and tried to load buddy store files, I found that nothing showing up for bot to load.
I found this was very strange and trying to figure out what is going on. Here is my log in the attachments and hopefully it can help.
