It would be great if there was a rip setting so that one could choose to only use rip on targets with higher max hp than given in the setting. Currently wasting many combo points on rip on Mind Fungus that die in few seconds in HM mythic :\
Hey mate, I have this. leveled me up from 91 - 99. Really REALLY good CR. Does this do the DPS proving grounds? Upto Silver?
Thank you for the swift response Handnavi. When I ding 100, I'll do it and I'll let you know how I go for the feral spec and the guardian spec!
Looking over my logs for Mythic Highmaul tying to figure out how to squeeze a little more DPS out of this beautiful routine. A couple things I noticed that I'm not sure if you'll be able to help me with Handnavi. 1. I do my opener manually. Meaning that I have the routine paused until after I have Raked from stealth and cast Incarnation + Berserk + Tiger's Fury, and then I unpause the routine and let it do it's thing. The first thing the routine does is recast Rake. I don't think this is ideal. The reason I choose to do this manually is because I find the routine fights with me if I try to cast Incarnation while it's trying to do other things. So what I'm wondering is should Rake really be cast back to back like that, and if not can that be looked into for fixing? 2. Track Humanoids. Is Superbad casting this? I never noticed until I went over logs but it keeps getting applied to myself. I doubt that it's effecting DPS at all but it does look suspicious in logs. If this is happening, could it be turned off? 3. How confident are you that Shadowmeld is being used properly? I downloaded an add on called "Claw" that supposedly imported the Simcraft ideal rotation and just tells you what button to press for optimal DPS. I ran it side by side with Superbad and they're mostly identical except for Shadowmeld, which Superbad seems to be delaying. I know it's very situational when to use so if you say it's working properly then I trust you. I started this raid tier really strong, with ridiculously high ranks. But I'm starting to fall behind now I use Warcraftlogs to compare myself to other Ferals and I'm like 5k DPS behind on Mythic Butcher for my ilvl. That could very well be user error on my part or bad rng. Still the best routine on the store by a mile! Keep up the good work! View attachment 36312 2015-01-20 19.47.txt
Thanks alot for your input! Incarnation is still a bit buggy (dammit!). But i found out why. Will do some final testing on friday. Track Humanoids isnt used by Superbad, it gets automatically applied when you leave prowl. Superbad will just print it to the log, cause we listen the combatlog. Shadowmeld: I think it should work exactly as described in simc. I can take a look at it again. Just a general note: The simc script that Superbad uses was updated today. This result hopefully in a little more dps.
Hey mate, no problems what so ever doing Silver and Bronze proving grounds Thank you for your continuous support!
Just to add to that. I'm not saying its not your fault or your raid setups fault, but RNG can be fucking ridiculous sometimes. I had Kargath fights where i ended up godlike, pulling in ranks in the 1digit numbers for my ilvl, and the VERY SAME EXACT fight with the same tactic and slight gear improvements i pull less dps just because for example shred doesn't crit for me when boss < 20% + agi pot + cooldowns. and when i finally have 5 CP, going for that huge FB, it doesn't crit OR multistrike at all. Things like that result in MAJOR dps loss for us poor catz, especially if it goes full RNGesus on you during cooldowns. Try and consider that when looking over logs. Also, keep in mind that ppl high on the rankings for certain bosses might run different raidcomps/strats. For example my guild for some reason always places the range camp on butcher very far away from the melee spot, resulting in me having to move if i don't want to drop dots. Some guilds have the whole thing really stacked so that you have to barely move at all. Apart from that, i'm sure handnavi really appreciates feedback like yours and he's trying to constantly improve a already-godlike routine.
I just wanted to give an update to say that Incarnation is now working in Heroic as well. What I'm worried about is that it will stop working again in Mythic and the various difficulties once my guild starts working on Blackrock. Why was it acting differently based on the difficulty of the raid? Looking forward to your response!
Handnavi, I have a question: I´m using your routine in Mythic raiding and it works great ! GJ! But what I have notised when in incarnation state does the routine not prowl before using shred to get the stealth buff to shred ?
is it something to do with incarnation being on the global cooldown? (did that change recently) Cause I notice it all the time now when hit burst hotkey its like 50/50 whether incarnation will pop along with berserk and berserking (im troll) I have tried turning off the auto use of cooldowns and just hitting a macro for burst but it gets the same problem, I have to wait till when its just autoattacking and pooling energy for the best time to pop burst
you dont have to be in stealth to get the stealth bonus when incarnated, thats the whole point read the tooltip mate, it does allow you to prowl in combat if you wish, but both rake and shred get the benefits of stealth regardless for the duration
Excuse me for such question. But what is better in terms of dps KittyDru or SuperBad? Anyone tested? And how about pvp?
