[A] Sha'tari Defense (2.1k/hr SOLO spot) - Reputation farm

USE WITH GRIND BOT

Since many people had FPS drop issues with the other profile and HB Staff said the FPS drop is something normal, I've found this other awesome place to farm rep. There is only one problem here, you need to be alone or you won't get as much reputation as it is a very small place.

With a hunter I was getting an average of 2.1k/hour.

I have tested it for a long time and its a very easy spot and the NPC's are easy to kill, make sure you disable the use of things like disengage if you're a hunter or blink so you don't fall off of the cliff...

This will farm the red area on the below map: (If you follow the dirty road then you're going to the wrong place, if you follow the paved road then you're going right.)


I've started the profile inside my garrison and it made all the way to the place without any issues, you might want to have the closest gorgrond FP from that place because that is where HB chooses as closest route.

It's a really easy spot so nothing to blacklist.

It seems you need a trading post to get reputation at this spot now!

 

Made a similar profile and released it in the Farming sub yesterday as I'm winding down my use of it. If you have a Trading Post Level 2 or higher, this spot can also be very lucrative due to the 'cooling' parts of the auction house stuff that drops (I'm averaging a piece every 90 minutes or so).

Been farming here for 2 days ~18 hours, went from Neutral to exalted and made about 50k so far without any luck of BoE epics.

It's basically just been me and a hunter bot, and an occasional real player hanging out (high pop locked server)

If you are undergeared or a caster class, odds are you will get raped in the pit here though just as a heads up.

445 frost dk is clearing 460+ kills per hour @ 5 rep per kill + Iron Horde Scraps + misc loot ~3k/hour (including auction house stuff).

 

Thanks for the input Xed, yeah I haven't released it early because I was waiting to get exalted LOL and yes, it drops lots of trading post parts I've seen 3 different parts and what I did was, every 3 full bags throw stuff to the guild bank as it would not drop more than 2 trading parts at once for me.

Unhappily at my server the trading post parts aren't worth that much(other than the language parts) at the moment the most expensive one from that place was around 5k and I only got one, the other 2 were on the 2k avg, made about 20k or so from parts.

As for other items no epic's for me either, just a 621 2-hand agi staff which was selling for 100~200g at AH on my server and bunch of greens which I just use for DE along with some other blue's 609.

Neutral to Exalted is a long way and since I was DE'ing the stuff I don't have any avgs on money.

What I found good at the spot was the fact it was really empty so no one to bother you or whatever during your farm or worry about seeing people or w/e, I hardly saw any one coming by. Since its a small place and the re-spawn is just fast enough for a single person people might just give up competing with you or w/e

 

I've seen all four of the parts for the Super Cooling Module drop here, sometimes two of the same one in my bag. Have put together 3 full Super Cooling Modules which sold for 15k each and then sold a few piece parts for 1.5-3k.

It's definitely a solid spot, I'd love to see an epic drop at some point while farming alts here but I've had pretty raw luck with BoE 665's this xpac so far.

 

I am yet to see a epic and I am literally farming all day long in multiple accounts, in regards the parts, the yellow tube or whatever its called seems to drop a lot for me, it was what made the most gold for me.

 

trying this out now, nobody here and its a high pop server. will post results later.

 

Well I was using it on a high pop server with queue's line and I hardly saw people there hope its the same for you

 

ran it for about 6 hours , almost honored, made about 4 k gold and got a cooling pump.

What you talking about? There are no elites in this profile and I just checked it again to be sure.

EDIT:

OK I found what went wrong for you, you went to the wrong place. The farm place is the one that you follow the road towards a what seems to be a small house in the map you went to the side of it and to the side of it there are indeed some elites. As long as you don't start the bot there it should be just fine and it wont fight the elites.

If you follow the dirty road then you're going to the wrong place, if you follow the paved road then you're going right.

OMFG why everyone is so luck but me +_+ farmed that spot with 5 characters to exalted and not a single 665

 

4 now! 1/4 to exalted! Also 3 super cooling coolant and 1 Super cooling tube, lots of greens and a few blues.
