Let's start by doing a clean install as described in this article: Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy An important step we need to do (as described in the article), is disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store. If no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install. You'll have to bear with us as we isolate the problem, please. cheers, chinajade
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip run them as administrator. after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
I reinstalled it using your installer, not the zip one, did some windows updates, restarted it, and now it's working, thanks for all the support!
