      software is not authorized to be used from germany pops up, then it starts, and after 1 min it closes.

      1. im not in germany

      2. tried flushing ip/dns

      3. restarted everything.. tried changing dns to google's public server.

      4. deleted HB and downloaded new.

      need assistance soon as possible.

      Yes, the team is working the problem, but global-wide network issues are not easy to chase.

      Here are a couple of other things:
      • Are you using a Pr0xy or VeePeeN in your networking configuration?
        If so, please disable it, and see if that repairs the issue.

      • Contact your ISP and see if they can give you an IP on a different subnet.
      Out of our entire user base, only seven users that have reported this issue. There is no consistent pattern to the problem.

      Since you appear to have recently purchased the bot, you have one more option open to you. Bossland GmbH offers a seven-day "no questions asked" refund policy. You can find more information about it here:

      Since the clock is ticking, and this will not be a problem easily solved, you may want to avail yourself of the offer.

      No to proxy and VPN.

      Will contact my ISP about new ip on diffrent subnet..

      but please dont push this under the carpet.. this got to be some internall HB shit since i used BOT the morning and when i came home from work, i got that god damn massage.

      seems like the messege "software is not authorized to be used from germany" is not showing up, but the bot wont load. "checking for buddy store prudcts. This may take a while" going on 15 min, third try.

      alright so to get things to normal from "checking for buddy store prudcts. This may take a while" i had to delete HB then unpack new one.
