I want to try having a bot follower. I will be running the two toons on two computers. I have read the HB manual section on it, but still have some questions. 1. Does the follower have to run a CR that has movement, or does the 'follower bot' routine provide enough movement? 2. Is there a way to get the follower to fire at the same target as the leader? Even if the follower has not been attacked? 3. Where does the tramp follower plug in fit here - what does it do different/better than the HB follower/leader set-up? and interested in any other advice for someone new at setting this up? Thanks Edit: also - the "leader plug-in", does it appear on the plug in list when I enable party bot, or do I need to download it - If I need to download it could someone provide a link, I can't find it in the store. Hmm.. 30 Euro for this seemed a wee bit high tbh. The main question is: Is it a LOT better than Party Bot?
I will give the shadow follow a trial . . . but can anyone tell me how I get the leader plug in for the regular party bot? I can't find the leader plug-in in the store. I tried putting the party bot on, thinking perhaps that would make the leader plug in appear in the list. But it did not.
Isnt that in the botconfig? Sorry not at home but when using atleast dungeonbuddy you can configure to be leader or not in the advanced settings.
I still could not figure out the party/leader plug in. The suggested shadow follower bot suggested above does do (most of) what I want. But the shadow follower does not follow thru flying taxi or graveyards, and will only find at relatively close range. Does the HB Party bot do better at following/finding at longer range? If not I will forget it and use the shadow bot, but if so, it would be worth more effort to figure pout.
