It will do limited functions like Buff PW:F, disperse when stunned but zero rotation

Fixed, apparently a common 32 bit bug stopped it from working (Action bar messes up, doesn't show GCD and cooldowns)

Moving on, is 2-set and 4-set logic implemented yet?

 

Hey Millz. Been using this routine for a good while now and atleast in CoP it works pretty nicely. I was wondering how much have you focused on AS spec and setbonus optimization? AS Doesn't seem to give that good dps results when sitting at 25% crit atm.

 

Hey , You prolly gonna need to make a new update on the rutine for AS specc since its gonna be the prio 1 specc now when tier bonuses jumpes in and so on Cop ,standard with Surge of darkenss proccs

Chinajade just got back to me after posting in the HB Release thread about Questing bot not allowing the completion of eating/drinking for health and mana. Hi I have some issue with one build from talents: Surge of Darkness, Shadowy Insight, Void Entropy. Everything works fine but for example when I have all my dots up routine doesn't spams Devouring Plague which is must renew Entropy, but instead cast Entropy duration of which still about 20 sec. But routine can cast Plague and do a lot of damage more and renew Entropy as well. I hope you will understand what I mean. Thank you.

Yep, that's what's meant to happen with the dot weave 'new' rotation. Need the log file though.

They're pretty much passive for the bot to react to. Doesn't need anything specific.

I'm changing AS spec to multi-dot DP to prevent it capping orbs so much. Should help.

Ah sorry. Looks like the food is giving a new buff - "Refreshment" instead of Food/Drink. Will fix it.

That sounds great. Noticed also that it sometimes uses Mindblast on CD even if you have 4 orbs and 2 apparations on air. That resulted for me atleast 2 orbs going to waste. Is it possible to maybe even make options if user wants it to prioritize DP @3-5 orbs?

 

It shouldn't be a problem once it starts multi-dotting DP. It shouldn't cap the orbs then anyway. Will need to see how it goes and tune from there.

Well, with those stats I would stick with the guide there was already posted. In BRF, you want to use CoP Standard for bosses where you have to burst (Operator comes first in mind) And CoP Lite for the most heavy movement/multitarget.
I haven't found great difference between SoD and Insanity, but Insanity is always safe bet if you can position yourself well.

I have 24% crit and from my own experience, you need crit/haste proc trinkets to make AS really shine.

 

DP should update the duration VE, but routine it is not spam DP. Instead it reuses VE and spends the shadow orbs although previous entropy is not over the duration and could update the plague.

Guys, I do love this routine. I get pretty solid results using COPLITE. A Few ~100 ranks even.. very good stuff.

However my priest is 682 ilvl, and the dotweave rotation doesn't even keep me above 30k On Single Target at all. Like on butcher i was seriously sitting at 24-26k the whole fight then jumped to 28k at the end.
I mean it's nowhere near what my char should actually be doing. my Sim DPS is 33.5k.. I manually single target 34k on that fight generally..

I have used every type of setting i can imagine, including Xeds guide. Absolutely no luck whatsoever in making my char do the 33-36k it should do on single target, using mind spikes..

I have a bit of time today. Could you let me know exactly what you need from my end to get this resolved.
COPLITE is actually doing more damage ST than Cop Dotweave New/Standard/Old. This is wrong i know. But for the life of me i cannot figure out what is causing such sluggish DPS on a 682 toon. I have a good computer, am running at 45-50FPS on any encounter, latency is always under 150ms. What else could be causing such poor performance with single target. I got smoked by a 669 shadow priest on butcher using this routine last night

Haste 13.5% (I brought this up to 18%, nothing happened, was worse actually)

I wouldn't rely too much on simulationcraft expected results - but manually out dpsing it is a different story. Which dot weave rotation are you using? Can you post a log file (again, sorry) so that I can take a look for anything that should be changed?

Im glad im not alone. Love the bot, but its performing poor DPS. Can't even get past 28k DPS on ANY BOSS fights ilvl 675. I Average 24-26k. Not once have I went 30k+. I tried all 4 rotation types and looked at guides on the forum. Warcraftlogs show other ShadowPriests with ilvl 660 doing 30k+ in BRF when i barely do 28k.

Happy to take on any suggestions for routine improvements, but the CoP rotations are providing the optimal rotations - AS and VE need work (which is coming soon).

 

Your gear appears to be ideal for CoP Standard (high mastery/multistrike). Ideal DoT Weave gear stats would be stacking Multistrike > Crit > Haste > Versatility > Mastery. I have a feeling this is more about not stacking CD's/trinket procs and ring proc for when you have 5 shadow orbs available. Also, I can sit in BRF and pad my numbers on a ton of different fights (re: breaking 40k on Beastmaster) but only 28-30k of that DPS is actually effective for killing the boss.

I should also add, that if you are using something like askmrrobot for your gear, gems/enchants, and are using default stat weights, it's built by default for a CoP Standard rotation, not a dotweave or any other rotation for that matter. It heavily favors mastery over anything else.
