  • anyways to not get joro in the HB support?

      I've tried several times to get anybody but this guy because he is just rude and not helpful at all, i've been a member for almost 3 years and i've never been treated like crap by HB admins in the past, whyt now? I've bought 5 keys in total for my friends and 1 for myself and for some reason the one on my account wont take any payments VIA buddy store, so i contacted the support multiple times and everytime i get Joro, even after setting my title as this! Payment issues VIA buddystore DON'T RESPOND JORO.
      So Joro being the good admin as he is respondes to it rudlys off the bat and then continues to ask for my passport, why would i trust my id to somone who is rude as hell to begin with? then he procedes to leave this little number

      You don't know what passport means?

      Then google it.

      this isn't the only issue ive had with him in the past and it's been the same with my friends, he has insulted 4 out of the 5 of my friend i've bought keys for to the point where they just stopped even trying to use HB and coded there own scripts



      anyways point being, everytime i make a threat on the support email i get this guy, anyways to not get him and get somone like tony who'm i do trust and have a long and good history with?

      Joro has nothing to do with forums and forums cant help you on this

      I know this, this is when i contact the support and i consistently get him

      and i'm not asking for joro's help, i'm asking if there's a way to NOT get Joro when i contact support

      its his job, like its our job to handle support thread issues.

      SO in other words, not matter what I do i'll need to go through joro to get anything done? that there is nobody else that can handle the support? so no matter how many tickets i put in i'll always get joro

      if that's the case then i'm just gong to open a ticket with paypal and refund my 5 accounts and everything off the buddystore

      its his job to handle those issues. if hes asking you for some specific information there's no way around it then providing said information. not even by getting "someone else".

      I guess what i'm saying is I don't trust the guy with my information and id rather give my ID to someone whom i do trust like tony. Reason is my friend and I just don't have a good history with Joro and we don't trust him.
      Joro asking for my ID is the same as me asking you Codename for you ID while i have your billing address etc on file, you don't trust me nor do we have a good history and we just don't like eachother

      Another huge reason is my friend got a red flag on his credit card after he gave joro his ID 3 days later, so yeah i really don't trust the guy

      Joro is a person you can trust,so sending him your papers/info is ok

      if you still got issues pm me your ticket id

      he just tried to say my card is probably stolen and closed my request saying it's solved... is this guy for real?

      our payment portal (not Joro) states you are doing multiple payments using different names

      in that case you must send us a copy of your passport so we can forward it to our payment portal provider,there is no other way
      its not a personal issue,its just what the payment portal provider requires from us and what we require from you :)
