I was just curious if there was a way to get around this. I am trying to do the highmaul raids as a way to get my item level up. I tried the LFR option on my last one and it seemed to do great. I was just wondering if there a way to do the LFR even if you have done the raids already. Also, one little thing you might want to check out. When you are doing the LFR Imperator's Rise, and the first group of mobs do that thing where they knock you way high in the air, mages cast slow fall on the way down, and I'm sure it looks funny to others and probably a good way to get busted by anyone who catches on that its only botters who do this. Other than that it looks great on my first attempt.
Pretty sure it was included in the latest HB update (766). for the gear. It doesnt stop you from trying to get 645ish drops even if you have already done it, i believe. and yes, it was included. Its in the dungeon buddy settings.
