      Tried all the afternoon, removed and installed 3 times checking all the time with the wizard thingy to make sure everything is ok. Still the window won't just let me click anything and disappear after a few seconds.

      That's exactly what I did yesterday about 10 times after noticing the new version was out. Anyway, I did it all again this morning a couple times: downloaded the latest version, completely removed everything, Restarted PC, reinstalled, checked with wizard, logged in to the 32 bit client, tried to start the bot, same crap. For 3 times. I will not post the log for it is EXACTLY THE SAME i posted yesterday with just different date and time and I'm at work atm. I understand it's written everywhere, even in your sign, but please don't ask me to post it. Besides being completely useless and repetitive, it would really make me feel like you were just trying to buy some time for I don't know what reason. Honestly, this evening I'm going to ask for a refund if I won't be able to make it work.

      Ok, looks like using dx9 was a tiny step towards a solution. Now, if I disable every bot from the shop purchases, HB loads correctly but I can't use anything ofc. The problem persists if I try to load HB with bots and routines enabled. As you can see in the attached log ( View attachment 3544 2015-02-20 16.01.txt ), even if in the HB window I still see only the first 3 lines, it now connects to the game and the character I'm playing but it gets stuck checking the store: I am unable to load any profile. I gave a look around in the forum and saw you're suggesting to delete the content of the settings folder and so I did but nothing changed.

      A few hours later...

      New update, loading profiles from files I download seems to work. Problem is now the streamed contents from the store... I have to keep them disabled to make HB work and if I try to enable them it goes like the two past days, stuck checking the store, HB not responding ( View attachment 4616 2015-02-20 18.11.txt ). And I'm wasting 2 trials this way. So the problem seems to be the connection with the store... Any clue?

      Edit: it is now working... I guess it was just something with the shop and it solved itself... Otherwise thanks to those who worked on it.
