Cant install honorbuddy :(

Hi everyone, so i took the plunge and purchased HB.

Im a complete noob when it comes to PC software etc, and as i have gone to install HB its giving me error messages.

0x80070490 is the error code i am having atm.

I tired to upload a LOG but it wont let me use it for some reason. Sorry for being such an idiot

Anyone able to help? cheers

When i launch buddywizard it immediately says it has stopped working
