      Hello, sorry in advance my english is bad, i've got a problem with my key, i buy the 3 day and i receive the key but when i try to use it they said: there was an error authentication your key with the server. Please try again or use a different key.
      I try again after few minute but i've got the same message.

      any antivirus/firewall enabled?

      I have try right now with antivirus disconnected but i have the same problem again :/

      Hi, a little update, i have try with the key of a friend and it's work, so the problem is with mine key :/

      the log file shows that its not a key issue

      make a new installtion from scratch and let me know plz

      Ok i can try but sorry i don't know what is an installation from scratch :/ can you explain to me please? thanks in advance

      Got the same problem after the patch. tried fresh install, turned off firewall and antivirus - but no luck.

      you have to wait for the updates due to latest game patch

      now he can log me when i write the key, it's just after it shut down, i don't have try with the key of my friend to see if it's work, maybe later

      he write: "The data required to run the bot was not successfully obtained. Please make sure your key is still valid at the Buddy Auth Portal: Log On - Buddy Auth Portal

      i was at the buddy auth portal but the key looks good for them

      It's a problem with the update of the game, they need to update the bot and watch if Blizzard have more security if i understand.

      But i have an other question, i have a 3 day key, i don't have try the bot because he is shut down since i have buy him, did you give more day in compensation?
