Just a few questions in regards to the Updates and Downtime that may or may not be covered in ToS or the Welcome Wiki Could we have an updated timeline to keep us in the loop? [*]Updates regarding issues, fixes, failsafes in a consoldated, easy-to-find thread? [*]Will there be any sort of compensation for the downtime for non-lifetime members? It seems in the last 12 hours there have been over a dozen posts with people all having the same issues. Some veterans post "this happens after patch time" or "just wait it out." You'll even see the forum mod buzzing and asking "to wait until the software has been updated". How long does this take? What kind of issues are you having? Is it possible to inform your customers with updates related to progress? Asking for transparency isn't much, but it definitely kills some flame and frustration on the forums. Perhaps it's there and none of us can see it. Perhaps there's a thread that gives us information we're looking for, other than "just wait". Again, I know updates and patches aren't something we can avoid and in this business, it's definitely debilitating; however, when you have closed-ended communication and refrain from providing additional information about the issues you're having that affect your clients(us), it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to keep us informed.
