So I think good farming profile, at least for me, would be a skinning profile that is able to get get primal spirits. Are there any profiles that does a good job at this. Im wanting to make bags for all my characters and later sell them as well, think this would be a good way. Dont mind paying also if its a good profile. Tried searching but because of the new patch and the new use for primal spirits I dont think some things are labeled as well.
If you want an honest answer to this. Take skinning and just skin. Go search for a custom group with someone who has a hide trader (leather trader maybe?) daily and just trade large amounts of skins or fur or insert mat for that daily trader. I went from 0 Primal Spirits to 700 by just having a large amount of the needed crafting mat. So, in my opinion, youre better off just gathering a metric ton of a specific type of mat and then trading them. Seems more efficient with the bot anyways. You'll get a decent (20-40 ish from my experience) primals from skinning in nagrand for 8 hours but the real payoff will be the traders. Just a thought though.
Ya thats what I was wondering. Wasnt sure if there was a spot that allowed for skinning that wasnt a huge decrease to farm areas that dropped primals. Just sucks that once you buy primals.
Well, it's one primal per craft or 10 per 100 mat you're using. Honestly in a single night farming some of the nagrand skinning profiles you can make enough fur or leather to make a ton of bags. If you have skinning, gather up the skins and furs, use the leather for primals and then use the fur for crafting with the primals. That will require two different vendors to get the primals and the recipe for daily hexweave but people are hosting groups for that all the time at the moment since its still new. Take advantage of it now and get a ton of primals and then craft to your hearts content. It may take more than a nights worth of farming to do but you have to consider the other mat for hexweave bags which is transmuted from alchemy which means you need even more mats and another vendor anyways and I think primals. Maybe. Can't honestly remember how transmutes for the alchemy crafting materials goes. But to answer your question, there is no great mob or group of mobs for primal spirits and skinning to my knowledge. There are great areas for skinning though and the bonus primals can't hurt.
There was a fur trader that popped in my garrison today I had over 4000 of that Fur you get from skinning mobs and the loot they dropped just picked up around 50 ish bloods
