So I have been a member and part of the community here since October 2012. Last November I bought 3 x 3 session licences from a seller on Ownedcore who said he was getting rid of his botting empire and looking to move his keys for $25 US each. Sounded good to me and I bought from him and merged the keys. This seller also sold to numerous others here. Well it turns out he was using fraudulent credit cards and actually buying new licences and passing them off as his own. So one by one Honorbuddy bans these licences. Sucks because I'm out the money but I can understand honorbuddy's position. But then they go ahead and BAN my original licence from 2012. The one which I have over $200 in buddy store purchases. Tell me my account was involved in big fraud and it will not be reopened. I write and explain numerous times, send the seller's ownedcore thread, my Skype with that user, all I ask for is that my single licence be reinstated so I can have access to all my buddystore purchases. Nothing. I'm sure other's here bought from the seller on ownedcore, wondering if they too got their whole account banned or just the new licences. As far as I know its not against the rules here to buy second hand licences so I can't understand why this is the course of action taken. Please reconsider.

 

Perhaps the staff here is not understanding me. I don't care about the recently purchased licences. I understand you are not responsible since I didn't buy it from you. However, I merged those with a single licence which I DID buy from honorbuddy over two years ago. I want honorbuddy to give me back my licence I pay for by myself and has been in good standing forever.

I had 1 licence and $200+ of buddystore purchases.
I bought 9 licences from an ownedcore vendor and merged them so I had 10.
Those licences turned out to be paid for by a fraudulent credit card by the owned core vendor.
Honorbuddy terminated all 10 licences rather than just the 9 which were fradulently bought.

I want my one licence and all my buddystore purchases which were paid by me, never disputed or had funds reversed.

You supported this single licence and all my buddystore transactions when you took my money.

This just keeps getting more bizarre. So not only has Honorbuddy called me the scammer and says I was behind all the bannings from the ownedcore thread (which is ludicrous as I have supplied them with my Skype chats, the forum thread at Owned core and offered to supply my paypal records to the scammer) but they have also taken away my Hearthbuddy licence. So I bought what I thought was a third party's key, it was stolen and HB staff has taken away not only the fraudulent licences but also my own honorbuddy and hearthbuddy licences that were paid for by me months/years ago and never been disputed. They have not shown a single thing linking me to the scammer (because it doesn't exist), but have the great support in responding with gems like this:

"Such transactions like buying keys from other persons should be shared with us too, since you did not do that, probably t you;re the one, responsible for the fraud associated with your accounts, also we've payed big fee because of your fraud actions."

I did nothing against the terms of service here, I too got scammed even bigger than honorbuddy and not to top it all off honorbuddy are in turn scamming me out of licences and all my buddy store purchases which were 100% legit and paid for by me and never disputed.

I keep thinking this is a joke and someone will come to their senses so I plead again, please reverse these actions and reinstate my single honorbuddy licence and heathbuddy licence so I can once again play and have access to my store purchases.

 

You bought a license from a private person using stolen credit cards and now complain because your store products are lost. Simply buy legit licenses from our side only next time.
I am sorry if it sounds hard but if you buy a stolen car and add a lot of extras to it, the extras are gone if the police is coming to pick up the car. That's how it works.

Forum support cannot help you at all with payment related issues so I close this thread.
