    • HB not downloading

      I have followed steps to fix issues from posts like mine since mine was ingored!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I delete all the things 'tony' said to and the HB wizard force closes instead of downloading the needed info! I cant even use hearthbuddy now and HB will not download

      RESPOND SO I CAN USE WHAT I PAID FOR, this has been going on for way too long! View attachment Honorbuddy_20150311043550.zip

      use the zip file instead of the installer

      Now Hb opens and immediately has and 'auth failed' window come up! You're solutions have made it impossible to use HB at all! and Hearth buddy wont work any more either...
