      run Gb as admin
      and also do this

      /run print(GetCVar('gxApi'))
open the chatbox in wow copy paste that press enter.
If it prints D3D9 ure all good if it says D3D11 you have to open your Config.wtf file and edit this row:
      SET gxApi "D3D11"
Make sure it looks like this:
      SET gxApi "D3D9"

      1) You really need to post the log of this from your logs directory.
      2) Make sure you have the newest version of the bot.
      3) Did the previous version of bot work for you if your not new?
      4) Make sure you have no previous HB or GB icons hidden in your system tray.
      5) Make sure your your not running in full screen mode, and make sure you didn't minimize WoW while your starting the bot. Just leave the wow window visible and do your work with the bot on top of it.
      6) Make sure you are logged ALL the way into WoW on your character standing in game before you start the bot.
