I came back to this expansion to play with some friends. I started on a new server and I botted up a couple characters using Kick's 1-100 profiles. I quickly lost interest in late game so I decided I'd level each class to level 100 on the server I'm on. Today marks the completion of my goal. I botted this basically 24/7 using Kick's profile. I ended up with about 250k gold. I'm still debating what to do next. Maybe I'll farm up some gold or professions on them. Maybe I'll gear them out with PVP gear. I don't know yet.
Speaking as someone whose done this every expansion, want some advice? Pick 2 and focus on them. If you try to LFR, Garrison, APEXIS, Legendary, PvP Gear them all out... you'll lose your mind a little Use HBRelog with profiles and patience for everything off the couple toons you have picked to focus on. This will allow you to feel like you still play and its worth it
I strongly suggest you to NOT bot BGs for this, the hazard of getting suspended or banned is much more than the loosy blue gear you can get there. Especially for your play account. Instead, I do recommend you to clear the Nagrand quests with Dwarven Bunker/WarMill T1 building in the Garrison, you would get plenty of upgrades! Usually, most of my toons finish Nagrand in 610-620 ilvl. Then focus on the Garrisons - There is plenty of solutions towards automating the Garrisons nowadays, both free and paid ones, with tons of features. Ideally, when you set them up, as HBfanboy1980 said, you will just need to schedule them with HBRelog and play with these, you like the most. The rest will "gear" themselves on its own, either with LFR (640 ilvl, 650ilvl later) or Mission Rewards (615/630/645/655/670 ilvl). Of course, if you have desire, you can bring them some manual gear, like killing Outdoor bosses, crafting some dirty cheap items, like the Engineering Gun 630 ilvl (Varies 200-500g across servers), do a few dungeons for the Legendary ring rewards - 1x Dungeon = 640 ilvl ring, +4x HC Dungeons and a few dailies = 680ilvl ring, etc. You can even join Ashran for a few easy 600-620 ilvl PvP items (Keep in mind, that botting there is available, but sometimes it is obvious, so vulnerable to plenty of player reports)
good job, want to know what to do next? stop botting on the damn thing asap and sell the whole account for a healthy profit
I supervised the bot a decent amount. I actually ran it on my work computer in the background and would check it every now and then. I relied on relogger while not at work. I've thought about selling the account but have no idea where to start. I got one site to give me $130 for it but that seemed to be way too low.

Doing this right now too, mainly to gain a decent static flow of gold from all 11 Garrisons so I can treat this game as F2P from now on. 8/11 currently, with 3 being between 71 and 90.
Nice job! I'm working on this exact thing myself. I have 4 to lvl 100 so far and another 2 at 60. biggest problem I have is hitting northrend the lvling process seems to slow down until Cata content. I use Kicks 1 - 100 Questing profiles and bot 4 - 8hrs a day. By the lvling slowing down i always seem to find something else to do on a different toon but I suppose ill get there eventually.
I pretty much left the wow scene after this. From the looks of it I bought the expansion in late November and then finished this in March so it looks like it took 4 months. That being said I didn't start with this goal. I was probably leveling a toon 1-100 in 7-10 days. Ps - sorry for bumping and old thread. I've just been thinking in coming back for a month or something. Botting is just so much fun.
Dope; I did the same thing. WoW is ok right now; but I'm a bit over it in terms of PvP and PvE; I enjoy doing some heroics and a bg for the keks.
