If you didn't get banned, can you give some details about your bot.

That is normally HB checking for store products.
Delete the HB Store folder usually located at "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bossland\Buddy Store"
Once that is gone, open HB and leave it be for upto 5 min.
Also the HB log should say "Activity: Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while"

 

I personally have not been banned *touch wood*
2 Accounts (US purchased and running since before BWL vanilla)
Bots - Enyo, GarrisonButler ICE, PrestoPets, DungeonBuddy
CR's - Singular, Tuanhas, Oracle, Demonic, Necrophilia, FuryUnleashed2
Profiles - Kick's Alliance (11 toons within 2 months of launch, haven't used since)
Auctions - 0 (yes 0, I sell my herbs to my main's guild for raid consumables)
PvP - None what-so-ever

Haven't used Gatherbuddy since launch of WoD (I mean who needs to with the Garrison)
Attempted to use ArchaeologuBuddy for a bit, but had issues with actually doing anything.
Did use ProfessionsBuddy with a lunker profile, but upon watching for 5 min saw 3 others using the same profile, standing in the same spot, decided to leave till I felt like modding the profile a bit.

 

the bans are a few more than average, that's it.. my assumption is that they saved up a bit more than normal for the new patch to scare the botters into making threads about possible banwaves and spread fear... and it worked.

If you or any one else took the time to analyze the bans and then compare them to the recent bans you'll see there's barely any change.

 

I see a lot of "I'm not banned" but it's just from a bunch of people too scared to use it since the firewire.... should have asked who is actually still using it and what they are still doing.

I'm not banned but I removed it from my computer when the tripwire went off.

I didn't get banned so far. Currently (last few weeks) I only had Enyo, CRs, GarrisonButler and Kicks Questing Profiles running.

BUT: It seems that 99% of those bans were on US. During the last days I only botted on my EU accounts, I didn't even log in to my US accs. So my EU Accs are still fine despite botting, my US accounts are fine but probably only because I stopped botting on them entirely a few days ago.

 

not banned using hb only for crs. playing 2-3 days a week. i do not bot anything else and use it purely for crs.

have been using it since the tripwire, i did eben use it the same day again after an update version was released.

 

use grind bot on nagrand

no ban yet acc still farm his 20/7

 

i have not been banned. CR's via Enyo only, mainly attillo's priest and huntastic over the last 3 months. few hours each day.

No other bots but enyo loaded.

 

I have not been banned. I just started botting again 4 days ago after a 2 year WoW hiatus. Used HB Kicks for 90-100 and some combat routines to get full honor gea

 

Not got banned.

- Not logged on tripwere event
- Raiding without CR just myself
- Sold part of my gold
- One char only (going to level up another when i see things more stable and less ppl reporting for bein banned for leveling)

Using bot for:

- grinding for stuffs (fur, AH parts, skinning, rep, etc...)
- barn trap grinding

Not banned here.

Been botting around the clock on one account for almost two months using Kicks took 7 characters from 1 - 100 in that time.

Also used Enyo and CRs as well as public profiles to grind dailies.

Bought a second account three weeks ago and have leveled up three characters from 1-100 with Kicks in RAF pairs with the first account.

Again more or less around the clock every day.

I monitor the accounts with Teamviewer and if the bot gets stuck restart them or switch characters and tasks as needed.

I've really pushed the limits of HB usage in the last three months.

I do have legit keys for HB and I was online with both accounts (on the same computer) and when it kicked me I did try half a dozen times to restart both accounts before I figured out what happened.

I botted in the same manner after the trip wire event and only stopped after this recent patch after reading our forums and OwnedCore.

Everything does seem pretty random, logic would seem to indicate that if they could ban us all they would. And they would if they had a true method of knowing when we were using HB. So I would have to think they are banning using a method we are unclear of.

Ive used every kind of bot imaginable up to last night almost every day, all day for the past likeee month straight. No ban or anything (yet). just last night i was using enyo with a tuanha cr so im hoping i didnt fuck myself there. But the way i do it, is i use a single script no longer than 1 hour straight and i change what im doing basically all day, i rarely leave the bot on overnight and if i do i make sure its once in a blue moon and that i havent been botting too long before that. And i emphasize yet because even i admit that with how much i bot its a miracle i havent been banned on one account yet. Sorry about your account.

EDIT: i had 3 bots on during the tripwire event as well.

For for Abuse of Economy they still deploy account closures, as we are getting a few such reports on the ban section, around these 6 months

 

only noobs got caught up in this "banwave". SENSIBLE botters will be fine like always

 

im not banned and i saw tripwire close my honorbuddy and wow so ye im fine with the new releases also im stil going strong with questbotting

 

This is exactly what I was thinking as well. Its Blizzard playing mind games with those that Bot in an effort to make thier token thing go smoothly

 

Not banned was botting when tripwire event happened i still use HB everyday but i think im a pretty safe botter i always monitor my bot. BotBases that i dont use: Dungeonbuddy, BGBuddy. I switch up my botting i have 8 different characters that i bounce between use kicks questing about 4 days a week for 4 hours a day. I Dont ever use a grind profile for more then 2 hours same with autoangler. Just be smart guys nobody is going to play for 16+ hours or grind the same area for multiple hours switch things up and its always best to try to monitor as much as possible i have gotten numerous whispers from players and thankfully i watch my computer so i could respond or else im sure i would of been reported. Hope this helps maybe im just lucky "knock on wood." I also have legitimate HB and Keys.
