Low FPS problem, please help!

Hi all,

For the last week or so, whenever i am using HB i experience really low FPS as soon as i enter combat.. Frames from anything between 30-70 all the way down to 2-3fps..

I've tried disabling addons to no avail. The issue is definitely coming from HB.

I do use Kaspersky, and i have already checked out this post... still having the issue.

I have tried a full uninstall and reinstall of HB.. still having the problem.

I'm not sure what else i can say really.. i just know that if i am using HB, everything seems fine until i enter combat and then suddenly my frames drop to nothing.

I have searched around the forums and i cant seem to find any conclusive answers.

Ive attached a log and i hope there is something you can do for me!

Do you use Kaspersky Antivirus?

 

Yes i do use Kaspersky, however i have already checked out the sticky post on support forum and i have added honorbuddy to the safe progams list and im still getting issues

great. if you still have issues then we need a new log.

 

Okay, just tested. The removal of Kaspersky seems to have fixed it.. Is there anything i can do to make kaspersky and HB work together??
