Get tuanha's premium monk cr. Google tuanha monk or something like that and you will find his site. It's the best for monks currently, atleast for pvp.
Depends on if you are MW or WW. I find it can do fine as MW, but as far as WW in arena goes I have not been able to get my settings to do very good at all, everything is prioritized so badly for pvp as WW. Feels slow and janky in arena, but does well for pve stuff. I really wish there was a monk pvp routine but due to unpopularity of monk it might never happen. I asked the gladiator suite guys and was told there are no plans to ever do a CR for monk.
