you are interested in coding what? Coding is a pretty huge world. You want to do lowass simple quest profiles, botbases, apps. web sites, database shizzle. what are you looking for? ruby, Php, C#, c++. Java, list is long Coding isnt just 1 thing, and u dont just learn 1 thing and then u can do it all.
sorry should of been more precise, I want to code honorbuddy profiles, I don't know what language it is but im looking for someone to teach me how to code honor buddy profiles. many thanks, connor
are we talking a simple quest profile / grind profile, or? If yes i would start with taking a look at Honorbuddy:Levelbot:Questing Starter Profile - The Buddy Wiki ( For questing,) And Honorbuddy:Levelbot:Grinding Starter Profile - The Buddy Wiki ( For grinding ) This shows a simple quest profile is written, and will give you the overall idea. Then maybe try a simple one by yourself. Do you need A follower on multiple characters? Go write a simple quest profile that does this. from thereon, u can get alot of help by looking into other profiles, for sections that does something similar as to what you have in mind, and then u look at it, and convert it so it fits what you need From thereon, its the next step , C# , There is a few good pages for help. I would recommend : Programming and Web Development Help | DreamInCode.net as your go to place for tuts / questions etc. Ofc if its questions specificly for wow api etc, go look @ the community developer forum And same goes with guides, there is a few good guides at developer forum that should get you started , here on honorbuddy. Else theres Tons of awesomely good C# guides on Programming and Web Development Help | DreamInCode.net. Hope this helps - Overall i would just like to point out, that you can do ALOT by simple if/else statements etc. You need to learn c# at SOME point, but you can go a long way with making quest/grind profiles.
Profiles = Xml Which isn't hard at all, really, there's not much.. hard stuff. The only thing you will have to learn that could be a little harder is to make conditions. Then you only need to learn the xml-tags you want to use, which you can find in all other profiles on the forum, except for the ones that are only on the store. If you want to learn how simple non-honorbuddy xml looks like, go to w3cschool and to their xml pages(I'm pretty sure they had some xml tutorials). If you want to code botbases or combat routines, then it's C# you need to learn, which is gonna take ages compared to xml.. and really ages anyway if it's your first language.
