having lag/delay with combat routine

combat routine having srs delay about 3K ms. game delay only 50ms. been two weeks since ban wave

HB framelock off, enyo soft lock at 10, mostly with tuanAH cr, tried other cr.

 

tried with nothing on, even the microsoft built in. before ban wave this also happens but occasionally.

 

problems seemed sovled due to framelock, thanks alot
