Hello, So recently just started using Honorbuddy. I got the 3 day trial but plan on buying it after my 3 days are up. My main focus with using this bot is making gold. I have always been a broke player. Barely ever able to keep 5k gold now a days. Now being new to Honorbuddy this forums is a large place, many profiles and is a lot to look through and try to figure out what would be best for my needs. So I'm making this thread so maybe someone could point me in the right direction. 690 iLevel Beast Mastery Hunter Leatherworking(700)(All WoD Patterns) | Skinning(700) | Fishing(700) | Cooking(700) I'm a Mythic Raider, Very High iLevel & Can Pull 40-50k Sustained Dps & 80k Burst Dps, I'm looking for a profile that with my gear and dps would maximize the amount of farming I could do/gold profit. I'm looking for a profile that is 100% afkable. Realistically I don't know how much gold someone could make per hour but for the sake of this argument I'm would be looking to try to make at least 1 Million gold in 14-30 days and I would be able to leave the bot running 8-12 hours per day. Any tips on what profile would best fit this? This profile I would like to be free but if not I'm willing to pay if it will reach the best results and my goal faster no matter what the price is. If someone though could point me in the direction of a free one for the time being as well as a paid one that would be great.
Ill take that risk. If I was to get banned my guild would just power me through BRF Heroic/Mythic and I Would have the same iLevel and all in a couple weeks. If someone could just answer my questions please.
There's lot of ways, mate. Just take a look around the farming profiles and go from there. No one will tell you exactly how they make their gold, what if you were on their server cluster? You have 700 skinning and 700 fishing though, so I would go from there and see what sells on my server... Also pick up TuanHA's free hunter routine over Singular. It's much more efficient.
Usually a good mix works best you dont want to flood anything. So if you find a profile or method of making gold that works well DO NOT SKULL FUCK IT TO DEATH. You will get caught if not by detection of repeated action but by what your selling(which arguably could be repeated action). Right now I do a combination of garrison switching (i have 16 garrisons level 3) farming of fur and skin and Ashran farming. I mix a little dungeon farming in for pets/mounts and gold drop. I just sold a bunch of netherwing eggs too. Dont put all your eggs in one basket is the best advice i think your going to get here. Usually the "Hottest thing to do" isnt publicized as to keep it going as long as possible.
I've only botted on my main account, a 10 year old account with plenty of sweet stuff. All in moderation is key, f.ex I never just sell tons of herbs, I sell little bit, and make flasks etc spread over different professions on alts. I guess you can make something with garrison alts, Blizz won't suspect that. If you go apeshit, sure you can make a new account.
I've been botting on my main account since ... a bot existed; glider, opius, honorbuddy ... like anything else, it just involves how careful you are. If you're using CRs, tweak them so that they seem more human. If you're running profiles for gold, once again the CR will determine what you do and when you do it. I'd suggest getting the plugin LogMeOut and setting it to drop wow on stucks. If you're selling stuff; post on 3 toons and stagger the prices; to the average player it looks like you're competing with someone else but in actuality its just you controlling the market.
I appreciate all the tips. I do plan on using in moderation and not going ape shit. Like I said I'm really only trying to get about 1M gold. I don't really spend gold much other than raid potions, flask, runes & food but I would like to make enough gold to be able to not have to worry about gold for a very long time. I don't plan on using the bot that much at all after reaching my goal. My question still stands though off of personal experience which profiles for farming either free or paid have you personally used and netted a good amount of profit in the least amount of time. By least amount of time I mean using the bot for so many hours and how many days/weeks you used it. I'm trying to find the most profitable profiles/ways to make gold like I said in a short amount of time. If anyone would be willing to share the profiles they use or link me to them then that be great. Came back and overall in 8 hours of the bot running I only made about 5,000 gold after auctions/vendoring. At this rate using this profile and my servers economy it would take me give or take about 30 days of running this profile for 8 hours while I sleep to make 1,000,000 gold. Now if I was to run it non stop except for about 12 hours per week during raiding. I would make my goal in 2 weeks but i'm a stay at home dad with nothing to do most of the day other than play WoW so I would prefered to only have the bot running while I sleep. So really interested in a profile that could make me my goal amount with 8 hours of bot running per day and make the amount in about 2 weeks max if possible.
your return rate is pretty typical imo, 8hrs 5k. 1k and hour is considered very very good from all measures. What your aiming at 1 million in 2 weeks on 1 account is unrealistic. Follow the advice you have been given so far.
So realistically most ill make with almost any profile is about 1k per hour. With that understanding your correct there is no way I could make 1 million gold in 2 weeks with botting 8 hours per day. If I ran the bot 24/7 for even 30 days that would still only equal 672k. So from what I'm getting here if the average is 1k per hour it will take me 7 weeks of botting 24/7 to reach my goal of 1 million gold & 8-9 weeks if I account for raid times per week. I guess I'll have to find another hobby to do on my computer for 7 weeks while botting is my only option then.
Why don't u just buy 1-2 accounts and have them do the "Old" style of farming aka botting dungeons? Sure, it's not 1k/GPH (Unless u got good gear+vendor mount i think) but it's much more efficent as u don't have to do jackass shit and u can do whatever u want meanwhile on your main account still too. U can try botting in nagrand (Aka skinning) but getting more then 1K/GPH is very depedent on your luck to be honest, if u get BoE's the GPH goes up and depending on the BoE u get it might be worth way more aswell. And, as stated before, people rarely share how they make their awesome gold as more people = less gold in the lenght.
I'm not going to buy any Wow accounts just to make the gold I want. Like I said I only want to make this amount of gold and then after that won't be using the bot to make gold anymore and most likely will rarely use the bot unless really needed. So buying wow accounts to reach a goal of the sum of gold I want is not worth the money I would be putting out for the accounts since these accounts after this goal would be useless to me. I do understand everyone's point about why no one wants to help towards giving a direct answer on what profile they use or how they use it I guess since I guess maybe one of them could possible be on my server since I honestly have no clue of the amount of bot user for this program. This would take away from there income. Overall like I was saying just came here and using this to get a certain amount of gold and then won't be using said methods anymore but it's your guys choice if you wish to share or not share you profiles and information. Im just going to have to like I said find something else to kill time for the next month or two and bot 24/7 to reach my goal. I used to raid in a USA top 25 guild for the better part of 2 years, and I've never-ever came anywhere close to needing a million gold to sustain raiding. But it's easier for top-end guilds to make gold through selling clears. Honestly if I were you, I would just buy the tokens and play it safe. Sure you can replace your account if it gets banned, but if you're reckless and getting chain banned, the money you spent on replacement accounts could have gone towards tokens.
Okay dude, for the first thing. 1) If ur main account will get banned - and it will be if ur gonna bot 24/7 for 1 month plus, ur gonna have to spend like 50 dollar to get a WoD account. Buying 2 Battlechest is like 5 dollars each (max) so u are JUST spending 10 dollar to get 2 accounts that u can bot 24/7 for a month/or untill a ban, u WILL reach ur goal much safer this way. It doesn't mather if ur not gonna be using the accounts when u have reached ur goal, it's fine. I'd rather pay 10 dollar to get the gold the "safe"way (And twice as fast too) instead of risking my real account. But it's up to u i guess. 2) The problem is not "learning" the problem, u just have to browse around and find a fitting profile. There is a shit ton of stuff here that u can use if u actully take the time to check it out and no, nobody is gonna link u to a to "do list" to reach the gold that u want. It's not particully hard to actully get the gold if u really, really want it. Exatly my point. Even tough u are raiding in a top 10 guild in the world u won't be spending THAT Much gold to sustain ur raiding, getting flask, runes, food & repairs is maybe MAX 10k per week. And i'd have the same point, everything u have put into ur account (and ur money) will get banned if ur gonna try get to 1M gold throu grinding gold, much better to be honest have £4 EURO accounts botting the gold u need for it.
