This is what the site says after i put my key on it. When i bought the key i received an e-mail with my key but when i copied and pasted it i mess the last letter of the key and the loader told me it was wrong; then i tryed again with the full key but it was wrong again. I logged in the site and the site says that the key is already claimed. I contacted the support and the support told me to write a post here. I also attach the last logs files of my heartbuddy.
I find out my problem by my self. I bought honorbuddy instead of buying heartbuddy. i hope the support will solve.
