      Did a fresh windows install. New install of framework of course and all components. No virus protection at all and windows firewall disabled. Soon as I click HB this is my error, any suggestions?

      Make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 or it will not work. I just had the same issue.

      I reinstalled and it seems to be working, I am not sure what I did but its logging in for the time being. I did a full reinstall and so far, so good.
