   Hello,
   
   I just leveled a toon to 100 with Kickz Profile. It pretty much ignores the garrison.
   Is there any profile that does the quests to get level 3 garrison?

   It's 1 quest. Once you have the resources and gold it's literally a few mouse clicks.
