Was thinking about trying out Honorbuddy but wanted to see if it was possible first. I recently started playing WoW together with my fiance. We try to keep our characters together around the same level. We have 10 days left before our Recruit a Friend bonus runs out, and would really like to get another character as high as we can before then, in addition to our first level 85 character, but she won't have any time to play for the next few weeks. Is it possible, that I could put her account on Honorbuddy and party it up with me, so I can still do quests and dungeons, but keep both of our characters leveling together? I already tried doing it manually (haven't purchased Honorbuddy yet) by using both my pc and her laptop and making her character follow me and swap between computers when it is time to accept quests and turn them in, but it gets annoying after a while. Anyway, if it's possible, please let me know so I can decide if this is for me or not. Thanks.
I've had success running dungeonbuddy on both accounts using RAF; about ten levels every couple hours or so. There is minimal set-up; just designating leader and follower in the bot config.
okay, thanks. I have a tank. But my fiance finds anything other than DPS too complicated. I am assuming from your answer that both accounts are using honorbuddy at the same time. I am just using one account honorbuddy, but want to normally play my account. Normally quest on my account, while using honorbuddy on my fiance's account to keep us at the same level. We would be in a party. Anyway, your answer gave me an idea. If we do dungeons, and I tank like normal, and make her account DPS with Honorbuddy, since we are in a party, it will probably be easier than trying to stay together with the bot while questing. I don't want to bot on both accounts at the same time.
