And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
I did all that and it still wouldn't let me install. I think the problem is that I can't install netframework 4.5.1 or higher. I had 4.5 before, which I deleted, and I couldn't get it to upgrade to 4.5.1. When I run the buddywizard, it says successfully installed 4.5.1 but it's not. When I click on the install file the buddywizard downloaded, it goes well until around 70 and it would roll back and fail. Windows update also fails to update to 4.5.2 with an error code 643

delete current installation folder of hb and make sure it is uninstalled in windows uninstaller then use the zip folder to use hb had the same problem.
