Ditch Tuanha's CR OR ask him to support: All Combat Behaviors. Class only movement. Ability to not target off pet with targeting off. Out of combat initiation with Combat Targeting and Movement off. Or just singular because honestly dps doesn't matter in Ashran and it functions like a CR should. I know people have got Tuanha's to work, but if you want ease of use... Use a different routine.
Whens tonights release? because ive already wasted half my trial period with the same issues as pg 92, no combat, no attacking and just looking stupid on my mount. I was pretty hyped to try this, and had been debating it for awhile now, and once I finally had 2 days off work to fully check it out, I haven't even seen it work yet. Only use Singular CR, with all plugins except yours disabled, and all movement and target functions handed to UA
New UPDATE: Added - EASY Config for people. So all you have to do is hit a button and it will config it for your play style.
That's pretty sweet! I hope it works for us.. But honestly, Im not an idiot, and follow instructions well. As you can see, I've been a member since '12, and only have 5-10 posts for valid reasons. Because I haven't needed to. I write my own stuff, I install other peoples stuff, I even code my own stuff sometimes and use it for school projects... go figure.. But I just don't know what is breaking the default CR here using your specific instructions. D
The Botbase is just CombatBot code with a few conditions on whether to initialize the combatbot code or not. The problem is that some CR's do not utilize all of the behaviors that they should be using. Go check the behaviors in combat bot and you will see what I am talking about. There are 5 behaviors and some CRs only use one or 2 of them. CR's are not really an issue when they are designed correctly and you can call certain behaviors as you need them (PAWS is a GOOD example of how to do it right). While you do not necessarily need to add all the behaviors to your CR, but it shorts what can be used. It can also cause complications for people who think those behaviors should be there, so they get called and they are not present, which causes errors. Other things CRs do: You also have CR's that hard lock movement off, including movement spells, which is awful. Some of this ties into the above problem. Those same CR's have issues with targeting being off. I saw in a log where the CR Targeting was off, but it was forcing assist of pet which messed everything up. The list goes on but you get the point.
Thank you for your dedication to helping everyone with their issues. Now you've even released an Easy Config thing. Hopefully this rids everyone of their issues with this bot. Thank you again. I will try it out asap.
Ive appreciated all your work and admired your skillz with .net for years now, hope you didn't take what I stated the wrong way. I do see what you mean, but I just cant seem to narrow down where Singular is going bust at...
My trial expired today so I can't test it out anymore. I'll just follow this thread to see how it progresses. You're a great dev though so I'm sure I will purchase it in the near future.
Just a little side note: The Easy Config option will NOT alter your CR settings. So that is something that still needs to be addressed by the user. Doesn't matter what CR you're using, movement and targetting must be toggled off.
I didn't think it was jab at me, I just figured if I showed you with full disclosure of the process, you could see what I was talking about =). It was more of an FYI so you could learn the behavior calls if you felt so inclined. Singular should work with out fail. I personally use it for testing as it is the one CR everyone has. It is also nice since it will turn off movement but not class specifics =). Please feel free to ask me about the code and how things work, I am totally up for explaining it to you so you can learn or know what I am doing =). You will see that I post my code from time to time in here so people can see for themselves how it works. I am 100% for sharing and full disclosure! Also please let me know if the buttons help you or not! I need feedback on my easy config! Thanks for the compliment. I would extend your trial for you if I could =(. Keep in mind you can purchase and get a refund up to 7 days no questions asked. If you want to use that as an extended trial and end just getting a refund I totally understand. I would prefer to have someone who is happy than have their money! So keep that in mind if you decide to go that route!
Wow,the new patch is causing some major issues. Its like my char is having a panic attack. It wants to fight sometimes and other times it just want to stay mounted and do nothing. I am using the tuanh CR btw. View attachment 176727

Don't use Tuanha's, use Singular instead. Can you also get me a log with HB -> Settings -> Diagnostic running? That will give me the info I need. Are you using Tuanha's? I *just* started a trial and I was using Tuanha, but swapping to Singular results in the same stationary behaviour. I will get you a log, but if the log shows that the Ashran plugin isn't working would it be possible to restart my trial when I can see it in action please?
ok i decided to buy this after the latest update and your rep. Still not really getting how this should work !! i can understand the bot just hang on the mount in the event area what i don't get yet is: 1- why it still stand there when the event is done and starts to move after all raid is gone !! and it moves like 5 steps..pause for 20 sec or so then 5 steps again !!! 2-running to middle of enemy zerg while our serg is just around the corner 3-not defending or healing or what so ever just stay on the mount until it dies !! there must be something i am doing wrong. cause if it is working like this it is just saying out loud to every one around him i am a bot and i have no clue whats going on and casting only SWP from time to time then stand still..please report me . maybe its only me but i can tell any toon doing the same is just an early stage of a bot. i tried with different routines : Singler , Richi , kingswow etc etc ...all same behavior, log attached with Singler. still i wish this works better than now and i hope something wrong with my setup. ( i used the quick setup Button though ) . View attachment 176854 UPDATE : Point (1) and (2) was due to frame lock !!! i removed frame lock from HB cause my fps drop so low, this time i kept frame locked and all that strange behaviors gone !! now working way better sorry if it was mentioned before and i didn't pay attention to that and i am using Insanity as routin. Point (3) some how fixed checking Force Combat. going to keep this post in case some one else have same issue and didn't like the strange frame lock !!
Question: Do you have the Ashran Plugin Enabled and when you hit start does it go to Ultimate Ashran Botbase? Please post me a log so I can look. Worst case we will get on your comp and get you sorted. 1. Enable Framelock. 2. HB Pathing likes to run down broadway. We can add nav spots(those are an option) but it can cause you not to attack. 3. It will only not go into combat as conditions are met. The new update should make you more combat happy. Please let me know after HB restart. 4. Just read your edits.. Greato hear its working!
