      You pay money for unlimited key, use for a while, then they remove it from your Buddy Auth. Tried to get it back and they want me to jump through hoops to get what I paid for. Terrible company and terrible customer support. Done with this crap. I would in no way in hell give a international company a copy of my passport or another government issued ID. Give me a break. How dumb do you think people are? How is the transaction information given to me by you and my bank not enough for you to find the transaction history on your part and give me back my key? What a waste of $30.
