      Is there a tool which automatically logs off your character when there is a nearby player and maybe also blacklists them when logging on after a few minutes. So, if the tool detects a player with the same name it doesn't let the bot start at all and just logs off again immediately.

      you may find some of those features with the plugin LogMeOut.

      Okay but the problem with that program is that I don't really see which of my triggers caused the tool to log off. Is there a way to create a log file or something that says "logged of because of GM whisper" or something like that?

      there logs for each sessions in hb folder. you migth check log off reason there.
