Hearthbuddy not working on launch

Hearthbuddy crashing on launch (log attached)

Just got HB today and it gave me this error after launching

i also tried removing .net and the other programs and the HB Wizard doesn't work.

 

Just picked up a key and I'm having the same error message. I need some assistance.
