      Can we get a refund? I mean the garrisonbuddy which is free is getting more updates then this. People are still blowing up this forum about issues but I don't see any updates happening. I'm still having issues too but I've been using the garrisonbuddy and it works really well but it does not have the mail feature.

      So again can we get a refund since this product was falsely advertise? I bought the ICE version cause it said that I would get updates and I haven't had an update to fix these issues? However garrisonbuddy has received multiple updates since...

      Hi, i had this error:

      [GarrisonButler Lite] 2.7.4.0: [HarvestShipment] IsFulfilled called.

      why ???? and bot do nothing... He is not full afk.

      AFAIK the payments are handeld by Bossland GmbH (BuddyStore), not the individual developers. So i guess u will have to complain to them.

      Right, cause all of these individuals developers work for bossland GmbH...smart one.

      Lets just say I won't be recommending that crap to anyone anytime soon.:mad:

      He is right. Bossland handles all payments. They pay out to the developers 2 weeks after the close of a month that months sales. Well 60% of it anyways. Bossland keeps 40% for their cut and to cover payment processing. You can read all about it at this link:

      Considering buying ICE version. Is it possible to run GarrisonButler on multiple toons without restarting Honorbuddy? Log #1 - start, run, stop - log #2 - start, run, stop, etc?

      I would not recommend buying it right now because it's messed up and the developer hasn't updated any of the issues in the past 2 weeks.

      some notes are bugged, afaik hb issue also stated by authors of other garrison botbases -> wait until bossland fixes it (happens for me mostly on horde)

      Hi everyone,
      A lot is going on behind the curtains these days, but to make it quick I recommend everyone who wants to buy any version of the butler to wait.

      A few fixes have been pushed to the beta and not yet the release, especially because of the incoherence in the behavior still in there.

      I remind you that if you want a fast way to get support, I am nearly 24/7 available on Skype (Sleep is for the weak :O ).

      Hi,

      With the time I spend behind the screen on GB everyday, I admit I took it too personally.
      So thank you for the feedback!

      So yes we were overriding like 90% of HB before, and on the advice of the HB team decided to switch everything to use the original API.
      Was a mistake for us based on the engine we had.
      I see that now.

      Even though I spend way more time on direct conversation on Skype than on the forum, still working on it, still trying to get it back to being 100% afkable for everyone.

      Status update


      I decided to freeze both of the products on the store!

      What does it mean?
      That they won't be sold anymore until we get back to a 99% afkable botbase!

      What about me who already bought the product?
      Nothing, we are still actively working on fixing it.

      Alright, but why?
      Cause even though the product is ok for the majority of users, it is not for way too many people to keep selling it like this.
      We thought we could fix it pretty fast, but there are bugs we can't even pinpoint between GB and HB since the latest changes of the HB API and of the GB engine.
      We start to feel like scammers, and that's not who we are. The goal here has always been to be as transparent with you, the users, as possible.

      Dream, project that evolve sometime hit with issues that are not in your control. Your latest post is the right thing to do hope this will free up some time and you get GarrisonButler up running soon the way you envisaged it.

      Dude wtf... You are the lead programmer, you cant be wasting all your time manning the support desk for one loud obnoxious dick at a time, when the rest of the entire user base is quietly and patiently waiting for the Butlers return. You've put up a sign saying "We're working on it", now you should turn Skype off in my humble opinion.

      Also, many good people appreciate your work, a lot. People like me, but people like me arn't going to bother to bombard your inbox every day with thanks, remember that when some 12yr old is giving you a hard time.

      Well I agree with the motivation!
      And that's why I am not really often on the forum...
      But having more users in direct access allows me to be faster at detecting design flaws. ;)
