I have just had a live chat with blizzard...and I have told them I had found recent trojans and RATS on my laptop...they came back with this: The game client may monitor your computer's RAM and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with the game. THE GM ALSO told me that if I send in more tickets or live chats that they might get closed without an answer, but in the forums it clearly send a link to this page: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-to-appeal so you must be allowed to send in more than one. The GM told me nothing can be done about it which is clearly NOT true! Here is the info: "This account action has already been thoroughly reviewed and will not be investigated again. Further tickets concerning this issue may be closed without a response." I am currently trying to figure out a way to avoid this kind of detection so hold onto your asses!
