It is better to try something,but you're not going to get anywhere by stating "we're paying customers". Murderers may be taxpayers too,still petitioning anyone with given reason won't get them out of jail.
Blizz aint gonna unban nobody. They lost three million subscribers since WoD was released.. Banning the botters is their "get out of jail" card for maintaining good quarterly figures. By banning botters for 6 months they get a bump in sales for any of us who buy the game again and resub then restart from scratch. In their case, they're probaby praying that more people rebuy the game than they lost by banning a whack of already paying subs.. but it's pretty futile for them since they released such a boring expansion.
you may be customers, but you knew hb was against the rules. and did it anyway. you got punished, make better life decisions.
