Hi there. I didn't use HB that much in the last few months.. questing for a hour here and there. Nothing special. My account is not banned yet. What do you guys think - it's save or will the ban come tonight/tomorrow/in the next days? How long does it usually take to "finish" a banwave? Thanks in advice!
not really, it seems like they're rolling out this ban wave, my friend just got banned 2 minutes ago, the whole guildies are shitting their pants lol
Iam pretty sure that blizzard only caught ppl botting that were activlely doing it in a certain timespan like some assume around end of april - early may. Prolly they scanned the combatlog database of players for suspicious activity: I saw a lot of ppl using advanced combat routines being banned especially ppl using it in raids and pvp. Ppl that I know only used like autoangler and some questing profiles didnt get banned (yet).
no not really... i was just using it CR only and not for long hours, just raiding with guildies and logout the rest i do it manually my self... i didn't farm/sell/ah nothing... and i got banned
What are u even saying there? So you did use CR in raids? And you did bot every week? Its exactly what I said would get u banned.
The way I see it is now that quite a few people got 6 month vacations it gives the HB team time to make some upgrades or merely decide what they want to do.

Why would they do batches.. I'm still checking my email constantly >.< and no news of a 2nd wave batch.. so maybe ur friend just opened up his email and read about the ban.
No, you're not safe. The last time I used HB was on April 24th. I got banned tonight. I only used HB for approx. 30 minutes (!) a day, and only for Garrisonboss (mine & herbs on 5 toons). That's it. I haven't used HB for anything else in at least 4 months.
