Hi, I've been reading a lot of mutual problems with this. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I bought HB around 1 hour ago and did a fresh install and allowed the HB launcher access in my firewall. My anti-virus isn't blocking it I think, not 100% sure, but I checked and it didn't seem to say anything and the anti-virus scanned it as safe so... I'll connect my last log with this post.
I turned off my regular Firewall and I disabled my Avast anti-virus. Still getting the same error. I did a fresh install after both steps. Can it be related to anything else? I haven't had the chance to use this at all, so I'm sorry for the impatience.
Download the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one. also download and install this. http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/E/6/2E61CFA4-993B-4DD4-91DA-3737CD5CD6E3/vcredist_x86.exe after your done restart your pc.
It seemed to work for today and got the question profile running smoothly the entire day but.... Now I'm receiving an error: "Tripwire active... Shutting down.." Read some stuff on the forums and it seems this problem is not fixable yet...?
If it's been investigated and updated, can it be updated through the launcher itself or do you have to completely re-install Honorbuddy again?
